Mawa Balls With Kesar Rabdi

In a heavy bottom pan,put milk and make thick Rabdi.Add condensed milk and saffron dissolved in milk to it.Stir it for a few minutes

Let it cool in fridge

For making balls,take Khoya and roast for a few minutes on a slow flame.Put off the stove and remove.Make sure not to roast it too much.

Now add Powdered Sugar,chopped Kaju Badam and Pista and mix well.

Add little Elaichi Powder and saffron to it and now stuffing is ready.Take bread slices and cut to round shape.Soak it slightly in milk and fill in stuffing and cover and give ball shape slowly with your hands.

Let the balls rest in the fridge.

When serving,place mawa balls in the serving dish and pour the Rabdi in it.Garnish with Badam and Pista and some cherries.

Now it's ready serve chilled.
