Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Combine all using required water. Knead a soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Now take lemon size portion of dough. Give the shape of Muthia pressing in your palm.

Form all Muthias.
- 4
Heat oil in a wok. Once oil heated slide Muthias carefully. Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Muthias are ready to serve.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
