Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmaize flour(makki ka atta)
  • 1 cupfinely chopped radish leaves (Muli ke patte)
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspcarrom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Combine all using required water. Knead a soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

    Now take lemon size portion of dough. Give the shape of Muthia pressing in your palm.

    Form all Muthias.

    Heat oil in a wok. Once oil heated slide Muthias carefully. Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

    Muthias are ready to serve.

    Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
