Ingredients

  1. 1Big Fish (cleaned)
  2. 1 TspGinger Garlic Paste
  3. 3Tomatoes (cubed)
  4. 1Medium Onion (sliced)
  5. Spring Onion (chopped)
  6. 1 TbspChilli powder
  7. 1 TbspFennel Powder
  8. 1 TspTurmeric Powder
  9. 3Nos Green Chilli
  10. 3 CupsCooked Rice
  11. Salt
  12. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the masala together with little ginger garlic paste and salt,apply to the fish and keep aside

  2. 2

    Meanwhile heat a pan and pour oil for frying, add the fish and fry little brown

  3. 3

    Remove the fish.add onion,green chilli let fry,then add ginger paste and tomatoes let cook until soft

  4. 4

    Chop the spring Onion and add little to the tomato mixture

  5. 5

    Now take a frying pan,add a layer of rice then add the fish, top it with the tomato sauce

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some onions leaves then again layer of rice,

  7. 7

    Sprinkle the ghee on top and cover it,keep the heat very slow,after 30minutes until the rice is hot...

  8. 8

    Serve hot hot...
