Mix all the masala together with little ginger garlic paste and salt,apply to the fish and keep aside

Meanwhile heat a pan and pour oil for frying, add the fish and fry little brown

Remove the fish.add onion,green chilli let fry,then add ginger paste and tomatoes let cook until soft

Chop the spring Onion and add little to the tomato mixture

Now take a frying pan,add a layer of rice then add the fish, top it with the tomato sauce

Sprinkle some onions leaves then again layer of rice,

Sprinkle the ghee on top and cover it,keep the heat very slow,after 30minutes until the rice is hot...

Serve hot hot...
