Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Milk
  • 2eggs
  • Chilli sauce
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, chilli sauce and maggi. Add chicken, mix and marinate for 2 to 3hours

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1tsp salt to 1cup flour and sift.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil. Coat the chicken in flour and fry for 5 to 7 minutes

  4. 4

    Put in an oven for 5 min, it's ready to serve
