Take 150g Sugar first and make 1 1/2 Strings Sugar Syrup by adding water and then add Pista Powder

For 2-5 minutes on a slow flame mix this properly.Once it starts leaving the pan and thickens it's ready

Once it cools,on a thick plastic paper knead the dough Well and roll it.From this measurements there will be 4 rolls

Now add Grated Khoya,Elaichi Powder and rose essence

Now once the Khoya dissolves into it,slow down the stove and add Kaju Powder.Mix well for a round 2 minutes and then remove from stove

Once it cools down a little on a thick plastic paper knead this dough aswell.Now distribute it into 4 parts and roll it

Into this add the rolled Pista Part and then cover the Pista Roll with the Kaju part properly

Once it rolls let it dry for a while and then apply Silver Varakh to it

Using a cutter,after 2 hours cut it into pieces sideways and adjust thickness as you want
