Ingredients

  1. 200 gmKaju Powder
  2. 150 gmSugar
  3. 50 gmGrated Khoya
  4. 2 pinchesElaichi Powder
  5. 2 dropsRose Essence
  6. as neededSilver Varakh
  7. as neededFor inner Pista Stuffing
  8. 150 gmSugar
  9. 200 gmPista Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 150g Sugar first and make 1 1/2 Strings Sugar Syrup by adding water and then add Pista Powder

  2. 2

    For 2-5 minutes on a slow flame mix this properly.Once it starts leaving the pan and thickens it's ready

  3. 3

    Once it cools,on a thick plastic paper knead the dough Well and roll it.From this measurements there will be 4 rolls

  4. 4

    Take 150g Sugar,add water and make a sugar syrup of 2 strings

  5. 5

    Now add Grated Khoya,Elaichi Powder and rose essence

  6. 6

    Now once the Khoya dissolves into it,slow down the stove and add Kaju Powder.Mix well for a round 2 minutes and then remove from stove

  7. 7

    Once it cools down a little on a thick plastic paper knead this dough aswell.Now distribute it into 4 parts and roll it

  8. 8

    Into this add the rolled Pista Part and then cover the Pista Roll with the Kaju part properly

  9. 9

    Once it rolls let it dry for a while and then apply Silver Varakh to it

  10. 10

    Using a cutter,after 2 hours cut it into pieces sideways and adjust thickness as you want
