Mix flour,salt and oil and make dough,rest for 1/2 hour

Mix all ingredients for filling and keep aside

Take a small portion of the dough and make ball,keeping in the palm give the shape katori

Fill a spoonful of filling and fold gently, roll into very thin rotis

Heat tawa and fry rotis using little oil and cook till golden colour

It will become kadak when cool, store it in a airtight container
