Combine all ingredients a bowl except corn flour and oil and mix them well and shape it as cutlets in equal halves.

Now prepare slurry of corn flour and season it with some salt.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.

Dip cutlets in corn flour slurry and deep fry them.

Your Chinese flavoured poha cutlets are ready to serve.
