Boil rice with little salt and when it's semi soft drain out the water and run cold water on the rice.Spread rice with little oil smeared on it. This will prevent the rice from sticking to each other.

Heat oil in a non stick wok and fry the chopped cauliflower and set aside.Beat the eggs with little salt and fry and scramble it.Add some more oil and fry the garlic golden brown. Add the chopped onion and fry for sometime.Add chopped carrots and beans with little salt and stir fry.Add green peas and spring onions and toss.Toss all the vegetables and scrambled egg together.

Pour the rice and add salt to taste.Add the stir fried vegetables and eggs.Add little soya sauce,chilli sauce,Chinese seasoning (MSG),black pepper and toss all. Other vegetables like mushrooms,capsicum,corn,cabbage may be used.Serve Chinese egg fried rice with any Chinese preparation.
