In a pan (I did in cooker) heat oil and add asafoetida,cumin curry leaves, mustard seeds.Now add chopped potatoes and carrots fry for 2 minutes. Now add pigeon pea (Toor dal), moong dal fry it for 2 minutes. Now add chilli powder, MTR Bishibele Bhat Masala, tamarind pulp sugar,salt and mix it well. Now add rice and again for 2 minutes fry well. Now add water and cook well.

Your Bishibele Bhat is ready. You can serve with ghee and riata.😊😋😋👌👍
