Steps

Take a maida in a big bowl,heat the oil 250g and add in the maida wait for 1 sec then mix with a spoon (do carefully coz it's hot)

When it cool then take maida in palms and start to knead with warm water not to tight and not so loose

Now roll out maida and cut in desire shape

Then heat the oil and fry it change the colour golden brown..

Make a sugar syrup and add kewra water,off the flame when one string syrup ready Add the sugar syrup in Khurma.,mix fastly to avoid crystal in syrup

Then enjoy your Khurma...
