Take baingan and apply oil on baingan

Turn on flame and place baingan on that flame for roasting

Roast baingan complete but don't burn it

After brinjal is roasted add it on a bowl andcover bowl with a lid

After 2 min Peel brinjal and mash it

Take a pan add oil in it

Add crushed tomatoes in it and saute it

Add salt,red chilli powder

Mix it and add mashed brijal

Saute it for 5-6 min add garam masala

Garinsh with coriander leaves
