Tuwan semo with ogbono soup
Steps

Cook the meat nd kpomo with maggi, salt, onion and ginger.

Heat up another pot, add palm oil and allow to heat for some sec.

Add onions, scotch bonnet, cray fish, cooked meat, pomo and allow to fry for 2mins.

Add the stock, dried fish(finally washed) maggi and allow to boil
- 5
Add small amount of stock to the ogbono and stir it well, then pour it inside the pot and stir it well and allow to simmer for 3mins.

Then add the spinach and put off the heat.
