Wash and soak rice in water for 1/2 hours

Boil water into a big vessel

Add rice,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon stick and bayleaf in boiling water

Cover and cook rice on low flame

When the rice is slightly raw strain into a strainer

Peel and mashed potatoes

Mix cornflour,salt,cottage cheese,1/2 spoon garam masala in mashed potatoes

Make small balls from it and deep fry in hot oil

Heat clarified butter in a wok and fry cashewnuts

Takeout in a plate

Add cumin seeds and onions in remaining butter and saute until it turn golden brown

Add rice,half part of fried balls,half part of cashewnuts,peas,salt and garam masala

Mix well

Takeout in the serving plate and garnish with remaining ingredients
