Ingredients

  1. 2 tbs_sugar
  2. 2 1/2 tsp_yeast
  3. 3tbs_oil
  4. 2cups_flour
  5. Pinch_salt
  6. Handful_nuts
  7. 1/2 cup_Zesta(jam)
  8. 1_egg for egg washing
  9. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Weigh all the ingredients

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix flour, sugar, yeast,oil,salt, water to make a dough

  3. 3

    Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface

  4. 4

    Proof the dough till double in size

  5. 5

    Then roll the dough into a rectangular shape

    Smear the jam on the dough and sprinkle the nuts

    Roll up and place on the baking tray /tin

  8. 8

    Egg wash and bake till golden brown and enjoy
