Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup Boiled rice; 1 cup Flattened Rice; 1/4 cup Spinach(Chopped); 1/4 cup Carrot(Chopped); 1/4 cup Onion(Chopped); 1/4 cup Rice Flour; 1/4 cup Green Coriander; 1/4 cup Corn Boiled; 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder; 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder; 1tsp Cumin Powder; 1 tbsp Ginger Powder; 1 tbsp Chat masala; To taste Salt; For frying Oil

Steps

Grind the rice.

Soak the flattened rice for 5 min, and sieve it.

Now mix all vegetables,corn, grind rice and flattened rice.

Now add all spices. Mix it.

Now add rice flour, and mix it.

Make donuts...

Heat the oil, and fry it.

Rice-vegetable donuts are ready.
