Ingredients

  • 250 gmsCooked rice
  • 1Raw mango
  • 1 bowlgreen peas(optional)
  • 1Capsicum(optional)
  • Forseasoning:
  • as neededoil
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 cupBengal gram and urad daal
  • 5 green chillies
  • SomeCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take oil,add mustard, urad Dal,Bengal gram, green chillies-6,curry leaves, turmeric,salt(one after the other)

  2. 2

    Switch off the stove and add grated raw mango and mix nicely

  3. 3

    Now add cooked rice and mix ready mango rice

  4. 4

    Garnish with Coriander nicely
