  1. 200 gmMoong dal Sprout
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 1lemon,
  4. 1 cup grated coconut
  5. 1 tspmustard,
  6. 1 tspperungayam powder,
  7. 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  8. 1 bunchcoriander leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add the sprouts, add salt, lemon syrup and green chilli.

  2. 2

    Mix it properly. In another pan fry the mustard and perungayam powder. Add this to the mix. Add coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    PAyaru is readay to taste.
