Steps

Take all the ingredients to prepare a smooth batter without lumps.(leave fruit salt for last).
By the time, ready your steamer and also grease the container which you will use for dhokla to be steamed. - 2
Divide the batter into two portions. To one add mint chutney and to other add schezwan chutney. Mix them well.

Now add the fruit salt and give a good mix for the froth.
Pour the batter in the greased container alternatively creating a marble effect - 5
Steam for about 15 minutes
Soft fluffy khaman dhokla is ready..
Demould as you do for demoulding the cake (after it gets little cooled) - 6
FOR TEMPERING (tadka)
Heat oil in pan and add curry leaves, mustard seeds, slit green chillies and pinch of asafoetida(hing).
Add this tadka to your dhokla.(before adding the tadka, cut your dhokla like cake pieces and pour the tadka over.)
Serve with sprinkle of chopped coriander and dessicated coconut
