1/4 cuprava
1 tspMasala
1 tspSesseme seeds
to tastesalt
1/4 cupoil
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcarrot seeds
1 tspsugar
1/2 tspasofoetida
As neededOil for fry

Take a maida in paratha add rava oil asofoetida red chilli powder turmeric powder carrom seeds sugar mix well and knead a daugh like Puri rest for 10-15 min. Now roll big roti and cut with mould. And fry.

Tasty Puri is ready to serve. Serve with chai or any dip.
