In a bowl put gram flour, salt, turmeric powder,. Red chilli powder, ajwain 2 tbsp oil and mix it well.

Add water as required to make a soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minute.

Then make finger size roll out of it.

Boil 1 ltr water in a pot. Put all besan rolls into it. Then boil it on medium high heat till the rolls get float on surface.

Take out all rolls in a plate and cut it into 1 cm pieces. Keep it aside.

Now for making a gravy, take a pan and put 1 tbsp oil and heat it.

Put cumin seed and asafoetida into it. Then put all dry spices into it and let it cook for sometime.

Then put tomato purie and cook it till oil get separate. Then add curd and cook till get a good boil.

Then add water to get a desired consistency and let it boil.

Then add gatte pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add crushed kasoori methi and mix well.

Serve hot with garma garamchappati.
