In a bowl add gram flour, 2 spoons ghee.

Mix ghee in gram flour.

Now Knead gramflour with help of milk. Add little little milk.

Keep it aside fir 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile we will prepare sugar syrup

Add 2 cups sugar and 1 cup of water. Turn on the flame.

Meanwhile we will chop dryfruits.

Let completely dissolve the sugar in water..

Now add saffron threads so that they can release colour and flavor.

Cook it for more 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Take a pan and add ghee and melt it.

Now add kneaded gramflour and crush it with a spatula.

Roast it for 6 -7 minutes.

Now add khoya and mix well.

Roast it for more 5-6 minutes.

Now add sugar syrup and stir continuously.

Add chopped dryfruits and Cardamom powder and mix.

After 2-3 minutes it will be thick.

Cook it for more 1 minute in the consistency of setting. Off the flame.

Garnish with silver foil and dryfruits.

Let it set for 2 hours.

Cut in to square shape and serve.
