Make a smooth running batter from the ingredients of besan batter.

Mix all the ingredients well to make the stuffing.

Now, take your leaves and place the stuffing in centre of it. Start rolling it from corner to other. Seal the ends with the gram batter only (I sealed with a clove 😊)

Dip the rolls in batter and deep fry them in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney 😇
