Steps

Preheat the oven / convection oven to 200°C

Prepare the soup (the thicker the better)

Toast the bread, roll out into thin slices. Cut into strips

Coat bread with soup and add cheese - I prefer muture cheddar.

Roll up the bread and place into oven safe bowl and cover with more cheese and soup.

Sprinkle with parsley and or basil. Bake in the oven until golden brown and the cheese melted.
