Heat the kadai on medium flame add besan and ghee, fry the besan on slow flame till the besan turn light brown in colour

Now in same pan add rabdi and besan to togather cook it for 1-2 mint

Spread this mix in a tray

On top of this besan rabdi layer spread carrot halwa layer

Keep in fridge to set for 2-3 hr, cut into pieces
