Now Steam it in dhokla maker or in cooker in high flame for 12-15 minutes.

Now let it get cool.

Now cut it in bricks shape.

Now cook tempering ingredients in oil other than coriander leaves.

Now sprinkle tempering on prepared dhokla.

Now sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on it.

BESAN dhokla is ready to serve with any type of chutney.
