Take gram flour in a bowl add salt to taste chilli powder and soda make a thick batter and keep for rest.

Put 1 teaspoon oil in a work and let it warm.put peas salt and cook till it soften.

Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a work.put cumin seeds chopped garlic chilli and ginger onion potato peanuts peas and mix it well. Add salt coriander powder turmeric chilli powder mongo powder garam masala mix it well.

Cut cheese cubes into four peace.Take the filling on palm flatten it put a peace of cheeese close the ends and form a bowl.

Heat enough oil to fry.roll bolls in gram flour batter and deep fry.serve with sauce.
