Ingredients

  1. 2big tomatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. I carrot
  4. Small piece of green hoho
  5. Cucumber
  6. 2 tea spoontamarind juice
  7. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onion into small pieces wash the pieces with water en salt.

  2. 2

    Cut slice of tomatoes, grater carrot,slice of hoho en cucumber.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients together add salt en ukwaju juice.

  4. 4

    Serve with pilau,biriani or rosted meat/chicken.
