Put a clean and dry pot on fire, pour in G.oil and allow to heat up.

When hot, pour blended tomato mixture and stir for a bit. Allow to fry till dry.

Add in Chicken stock, boiling water, and crayfish. Stir. Correct seasoning. Allow mixture to boil.

In a bowl, wash rice with salt very well and rinse.

Add rice to boiling mixture, stir so all ingredients incorporate and cover pot.

Dice onions and keep.

When water dries up from food, add mixed vegetables, diced onions and fried Chicken. Allow to simmer for 3mins, then put off heat.

Dish out and enjoy!
