Ingredients

  • 1 cupPeanut
  • 1 tspSesame
  • 1/2 cup+1tspDark Desi Jaggery
  • 1 pinchDry ginger powder
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder
  • 1 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast peanut. If already roasted just roast them till warm

  2. 2

    It helps to release oil from peanuts.

  3. 3

    Meantime powder jaggery with a mortar and pestle

  4. 4

    Now in a mixer jar add the peanuts, elaichi powder and dry cardamom powder and pulse for 10seconds

  5. 5

    Then once peanut cooled down add jaggery (don't add the peanut is hot, it will melt the jaggery) pulse till they all are mixed and the peanut is still bit coarse

  6. 6

    Take out in a bowl and add sesame seeds and half spoon ghee to it

  7. 7

    Fold everything until mixed

  8. 8

    Grease your hand with remaining ghee and make round balls out of it and store in a jar for upto a week
