Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1carrot grated
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 2 cupshot water
  4. Salt
  5. Cooking oil (try out coconut oil)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add water, let it boil then add salt and oil

  2. 2

    Add rice and the grated carrot, cover and cook at medium heat until most water is drained

  3. 3

    Continue cooking a low heat until the remaining water is drained out

  4. 4

    Serve while still hot with your favorite stew
