Cooking Instructions

    Wash the amla.Take a big pan and heat it.take water to immerse amla.once it starts simmering drop amla into it. Cover the pan and let the amla cook for 2-3 minutes untill it turns tender.Turn off the flame.when it is cool down,drain the water.Lift a amla and break it with the help of hand and discard it it's seed

    Add the augar into amla. Cover the bowl for 3 daysbso that the sugar melts

    Add the pb serve the sugar syrup nicely

    After 3 days strain out the amla through siev.spread it on the plate

  5. 5

    Place it under the sun for 2 days

    So that it gets dried comp. Add powereded sugar in candy mix it well

    Amla candy is ready
