Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupdiced paneer
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 10 gmcashew
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste and onion paste
  • 2 tspfresh cream
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king poweder
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch powder
  • 2bay leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspMustard oil
  • 1 pinchKasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and crackle jeera... Add bay leaf... Satue add chopped onions.. Fry till golden

  2. 2

    Add all paste masala and satue.. Add all powder masala... And satue... Till masala remove oil now add kaju paste and satue.. Add fresh cream... And satue add green matar.. And cook till matar became soft

  3. 3

    Add diced paneer mix well.. Som the gas for 3 to 4 mins... Add Kasuri mathi and switch off the flame....

  4. 4

    Enjoy with roti... Parantha... Nan
