In a bowl take flour, kalonji, ajwain, salt and little turmeric, to this add curd and knead a dough. If needed add water and knead. Keep aside.

For filling. grate paneer, add chopped methi leaves chopped green chillies, aamchoor powder, leftover jaldi, crushed cummin salt and keep aside.

Take a ball from dough roll it into circle fill the stuffing and close the sides very well.

Gently roll and roast on heated tawa. Apply oil or butter. Roast till crisp.

Serve with curd and pickle.Topped with little butter. Enjoy
