Soaked chana overnight & boil it.

Heat oil and saute jeera and coriander powder.

Now put ginger & garlic paste and saute it.

Mix onion & tomato paste saute it for 5-7 mins.

Now mix turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt

Saute it till oil separates.

Now mix chana & heat it for 5 mins.

After that mix water for gravy acc. to taste thick or loose

Serve it with rice or chapati.
