Take all ingredients shown below and mix it well.

Cook carrot, green chilli, ginger, ginger in hot oil until it softens.

Add all spices and mix it well in the cooked vegetables.

Cut it in round shape.

Keep it freez for 15 minutes.

Coat it with maida.

First dip it in selery and then coate with bread crumbs.

Deep fry it until golden brown. Cut it into half. Ready to serve.
