Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsoaked & boiled chana
  2. 1 tbspGinger & garlic paste
  3. 2crushed onion and tomato
  4. 1 tbspSalt & turmeric
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tbspDry coriander powder and jeera
  8. For gravyWater
  9. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked chana overnight & boil it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and saute jeera and coriander powder.

  3. 3

    Now put ginger & garlic paste and saute it.

  4. 4

    Mix onion & tomato paste saute it for 5-7 mins.

  5. 5

    Now mix turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt

  6. 6

    Saute it till oil separates.

  7. 7

    Now mix chana & heat it for 5 mins.

  8. 8

    After that mix water for gravy acc. to taste thick or loose

  9. 9

    Serve it with rice or chapati.
