Soak urad dal for 3to 4hrs.drain it and grind it to fine paste adding ginger, green chilli, heeng. Make it fluffy using a spoon Adding saunf,salt, red chilli powder.

Deep fry badas to crispy golden brown from both sides

Take the badas out on tissue paper so that xtra oil gets absorbed

Soak these badas in warm water adding little salt to water.let them in water fr abt 4to 5hrs. Badas will become soft by that time

Press the water from badas and keep them on serving plate.Add sweetened curd. Then both chutney on all sides badas in plate.Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder salt. U can use homemade dahi bada masala too. Add some sev and chopped coriander on top.
