STEP 1 - MAKING THE BATTER
In a bowl, add gluten free flour, 4 Tablespoons of corn starch, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 Tablespoon of oil, and 1 Cup of water. - 2
STEP 2 - DEEP FRYING THE SHRIMP
Deep fry the shrimp at 350 degrees until the shrimp is golden brown or for around 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, set the shrimp aside. - 3
Get the Sweet and sour sauce.

Serve right away.
