Aloo paratha
Steps

Add salt to wheat flour and knead a soft dough.

Take potatoes in another bowl. add all masalas, kasuri methi and ajwain to it. Mix it well

Take a small portion of wheat dough, and roll it into a small disc,

Keep a small portion of aloo mixture in center and fold the chapati forming a round again.

Slowly roll it again into a paratha.
- 6
Heat tawa, and cook paratha from both side. Serve hot with chilled curd and pickle
