Ingredients

  • 1 cupsbeans flour
  • 2eggs
  • Tbspnscotch bonnet
  • Sliced onions
  • Maggi and spices
  • Butter for greasing d pan
  • 1/4 cupspinach
  • Ground crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl,add all d ingredients and whisk well to combine except butter

  2. 2

    Grease a non stick pan and pour 1/4cup of d batter into d grease pan and fry,when done flip d other side until golden brown

  3. 3

    Continuesly until d batter finish

  4. 4

    Done....I enjoy mine with a cup of tamarind iced tea
