Cut the paneer into small cubes.Then deep fry it to light pink color.Keep it a side.

In a pan take refined oil.Put chopped onions into it and fry to light pink color,then put ginger and garlic paste.Cook for 5mins.Then put chopped tomatoes into it and salt.Cook for another 5mins and then put kasuri methi into it. Let it cool and then make a smooth paste in the mixer.

Take a pan,put refined oil into it and then put zeera into it. When the zeera is cooked,put the onion paste in it. Cook for sometime. Then put haldi pwd,red chilli pwd and garam masala into it.Cook for sometime.Then put fresh cream into it and paneer cubes into it. Cook till the oil comes up and then put the fresh corriender leaves into it.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
