Wash the rice and put in a pot. Add enough water to cover the rice, cover the pot and put in on fire

While the rice is on fire, you can dice all your vegetables and set them aside

After 10 minutes, bring down your rice, wash in cold water and put it back in the pot

Add some meat stock to the rice, then add some salt and seasoning cubes. Also add the curry and turmeric powders

Add some water, cover the pot and put it back on fire

While the rice is cooking, put a frying pan on fire, allow it dry. Then add some vegetable oil and allow it heat for about 2 minutes

Then add the diced onions, then carrots. Stir for about 30 seconds and then add the green pepper, green peas, fresh pepper and a little salt. Finally, add the cabbage and turn off the fire

When the rice is cooked and water completely dries up, pour in the stir-fried veggies and mix carefully

Cover the pot again and allow the rice steam for about 69 seconds and then your vegetable rice is ready to be served.
