Put a large sufuria on the gas on high heat with three stones at the bottom of it. Cover with fitting lid and let your oven heat up

Add milk in cup with vinegar and let it sit 5 minutes to make the buttermilk

Sieve flour, baking powder and soda, cocoa powder, sugar and salt

Pour in the buttermilk, vanilla essence and oil, mix to combine

Pour cake batter in a smaller sufuria that has been buttered. Place inside the now hot oven. Cover and reduce heat to medium low
