In a pressure cooker add peeled potatoes, cauliflower and green peas cook them for 3 whistles over high flame. Once the cooker cools semi mash them with potato masher.

In a pan take butter, once ghee heats add onions And cook them for 10 mins till slightly brown,then add capsicum and again cook it for another 10 mins, then add garlic paste, salt, pepper, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder And mix well cook it for 4-5mins, then add tomato puree And mix well cook it for another 10 mins.

Then add boiled And mashed potatoes, cauliflower and green peas And mix everything nicely, cook it on medium to low flame for another 10 mins, check the seasoning, switch off the gas,add chopped coriander And serve with hot butter pav And onions.
