Take a big bowl add besan and little little water to make a thin gol like of a pakoda

Add salt, ajwain, red chilli powder in it and mix well keep aside

Now for stuffing take boiled and mashed potato add salt, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, ginger, peas, promogranate, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies,, coriander powder and mix it well

Make balls of aloo masala and dip it in besan ghol

When besan gol is fully wrapped by potato balls

Deep fry it

Serve doorlicious aloo kofta with spicy pudina chutney aur sweet imli chutney
