  4. 6 ozmustard
  5. 1/2-2/3 Csalt
  6. 4 ozblack pepper
  7. 2-3 ozground red pepper
  8. 2 ozcrushed red pepper
  9. 1 bottleTobasco
  10. 6 ozTexas Pete
  11. 1/2-2/3 bottleLemon juice
  12. 4 ozAccent
  13. 1 bottleWorcestershire sauce
  14. 2 bottlesBBQ sauce (to thicken)
  15. Little garlic salt

Sorry I am late responding. Accent is a food enhancer. You could use salt but less than amount of accent called for.
