  • * 1 stick butter, for pig
  • * 4 sticks butter, for chicken
  • 6 ozmustard
  • 1/2-2/3 Csalt
  • 4 ozblack pepper
  • 2-3 ozground red pepper
  • 2 ozcrushed red pepper
  • 1 bottleTobasco
  • 6 ozTexas Pete
  • 1/2-2/3 bottleLemon juice
  • 4 ozAccent
  • 1 bottleWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 bottlesBBQ sauce (to thicken)
  • Little garlic salt

Sorry I am late responding. Accent is a food enhancer. You could use salt but less than amount of accent called for.
