Ingredients

  • 1 packHeck Super Green Sausages
  • 12soaked sun-dried tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in oil over night.

  2. 2

    Fry the sausages in a pan until they hold their shape. Allow to cool and cut into two.

    Wrap a tomato around each piece and secure with a cocktail stick. Pop in the oven to heat through for ten minutes before serving.
