  • 1 TablespoonPowdered ginger
  • 1 Tablespoongarlic paste
  • 1/2 TeaspoonBlack pepper
  • 2big Onions
  • 5Scotch bonnet pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

    Wash fish and season. Leave to marinate for an hour in fridge.

    Fry fish on medium heat.Put fish in strainer to drain excess oil. Serve with onion sauce.
