Super easy and filling. Made this for National Cheesecake Day. :)

I am a huge cheesecake lover, so when I learned how to make this very simple receipe I have never ran out. My family, partner and friends all love it and on occassions I'm asked to make it for parties. Hope you'll enjoy just as much as me.

Here is an eggless no-bake cheesecake, made with plain yoghurt . It is easily made and perfect for days when we crave a good slice of cheesecake.

I wanted to make a no-bake cheesecake so I thought of this recipe.You can make a fairly dense no-bake cheesecake in a 18 cm mould, but you'll get a taller cake like the one in the photo with a 15 cm one.You can try making this cheesecake with raspberry jelly if you'd prefer.Please try to use a jam that's low in sugar.
