Bread Banana Pudding

First boil the milk in low flame.

Heat the pan put ghee in it.

Cut the bread slices in 4 equal parts & remove all corners.

When pan is heated slowly put bread slices & shallow fry till golden brown with both the sides.

Take another pan when pan is heated add 4 spoon sugar & half small cup of water for sugar syrup.

When sugar syrup is ready dip all bread slices one by one.

Add cardamom powder in boiling milk then off the flame.

Chopped banana & wait milk get cool.

Take serving plate or bowl add Creamy milk then add dipped bread slices in sugar syrup then add banana slices again add Creamy milk then add chopped dry fruits & serve.

Quick & easy dessert is ready to serve.
